# How to Create a New UrShipper Account

Setting up your UrShipper account is quick, free, and only takes a few minutes.
Follow these easy steps to get started with international shipping—no setup
fees, no obligations.

🔐 STEP 1: START YOUR REGISTRATION

Go to apps.urshipper.com [https://apps.urshipper.com/] and click Create Account
(at the top-right corner). You’ll be asked to fill in your Account Profile:

 * Name

 * Email

 * Phone number

 * Password (make sure it meets the password strength rules)

 * Average monthly shipping spend (this helps us apply the right discounted
   rates for you)

Click Next to continue.

🏢 STEP 2: FILL IN YOUR BUSINESS INFO

Enter your business or store information:

 * Brand or trade name (e.g. your store or brand name)

 * Company legal name

 * Website (optional)

 * Business address (will be shown on your UrShipper invoices)

Click Next when done.

🧾 STEP 3: SUBMIT YOUR LEGAL ID

For international shipping (especially from or to Indonesia), customs
regulations require a legal ID on file. You’ll need to:

 * Select the type of Legal ID (e.g. NPWP, Passport, or KTP)

 * Enter the ID number

 * Upload a clear copy of your ID (PDF, JPG, PNG, or HEIF — max 10MB)

Click Next to proceed.

✅ STEP 4: REVIEW & CONFIRM

Before you wrap up, you'll see a full summary of your:

 * Account Profile

 * Business Info

 * Legal ID

Double-check everything. If you need to make changes, click the small ✎ edit
icon on each section. Once everything looks good, click Create Account to
complete your registration.

✉️ STEP 5: VERIFY YOUR EMAIL

We’ll send you a verification link to the email you signed up with. Click the
link to confirm your address and unlock your dashboard. Didn’t get it? Just hit
Resend Link on the verification page to try again.

🎉 WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once your email is verified, you can start exploring the UrShipper
dashboard—check out rates, sync your Shopify store, create order drafts, etc.



But hold up! You won’t be able to create shipping labels just yet. For
compliance reasons, your Legal ID needs to be verified by the UrShipper team
before you can generate your first label.



We’ll notify you as soon as your ID is approved—both by email and via in-app
notification. This usually happens quickly, so sit tight—we’ll get you shipping
in no time.
