How to Access Your Migrated UrShipper Account (For Existing Customers)

If you’ve shipped with UrShipper (in our old app) at least once since January 2024, we’ve got good news—your account has already been migrated to our new app. No need to start from scratch. Just follow these quick steps to log in and get started:


✅ Step 1: Check Your Email

We’ve sent you a Welcome to the New UrShipper App email on Monday, 5 May 2025.
Inside, you’ll find a Log In button with a special link that takes you straight to the new app so you can set a new password.

📩 Can’t find the email? Try checking your spam or promotions tab.


🔑 Step 2: Set Your New Password

Click the button in the email and follow the prompt to create your new password.
Once done, you’ll be logged into your existing account—your order history, shipping data, and company info are all there.


🔁 Didn’t Click the Email in Time?

If the login token in Step 1 has been expired, don't worry. Just go to the UrShipper Login page and click Forgot Password. Enter the same email you used before, and you’ll receive a new link to reset your password. Once reset, you’ll be able to log in and use your existing account—no need to register again.


📦 About Your Migrated Data

We’ve migrated your account, but not all your past data—to keep the new app clean and optimized:

  • Only active shipments (still in transit as of 5 May 2025) were migrated.

  • Only unpaid invoices were carried over.

Past shipments that were already delivered, and paid invoices from the old app, are not shown in the new system.

If you need a copy of your old shipment or invoice records, you can still access the old app at app.urshipper.com until 31 May 2025.
